The Mircom Group of Companies, is pleased to announce the immediate availability of a new online customer support system to support their Mircom brand of fire, communications and security products at http://www.mircom.com/support

This web-based support system is available 24x7 and offers personalized product assistance as well as an array of self-help support resources. Features include an efficient ticket-based query system (where customers can submit support tickets for technical support, obtain return material authorization numbers, inquire on order status and submit general inquiries), a fully searchable technical support forum and easy access to manuals, datasheets and software/firmware downloads.

Customers can quickly and easily find support for many concerns by using the site's fully searchable forum. This helpful resource features hundreds of articles with information about product use and answers to frequently asked questions. Personalized support is also available through a web-based support ticket system. Each support question is issued a ticket ID number which the client can use at any time to track the ticket's response status, add further comments or questions, or review the entire record of correspondence pertaining to that ticket.  The entire site is available 24/7, support tickets are typically responded to by the close of the day with after hour tickets being reviewed first thing the next business day.
